Gift Cards can only be redeemed on GOAT.com while logged in to a registered GOAT account. To redeem your Gift Card, log in to your GOAT Account and select “+ GOAT Gift Card'' when entering your payment information during checkout. You will then be prompted to enter the unique code associated with your Gift Card. The available balance of your Gift Card will be applied in its entirety to your order. You can redeem up to one Gift Card card per order.
Any unused balance will remain on your Gift Card and will be available to apply to future purchases.
Gift Cards can only be applied to purchases transacting in USD. You may update your currency preferences to USD within your account preferences at any time.
Gift Cards have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for more than face value, cash, or returned for a cash refund (except to the extent required by law).

Where can I find the code associated with my GOAT Gift Card?
You will receive your Gift Card via email. Within the email, there will be a link to “View Gift Card”. Tap on this link to view the Gift Card amount, personalized message (if any) and unique code associated with your Gift Card. You may copy the unique code to your clipboard to use during checkout on GOAT.com or return to view the Gift Card at a later time.
Please note that this will be the only way to find your Gift Card code.
Can I apply a specified amount from my GOAT Gift Card?
No, you cannot specify the amount applied to your order. If your order total is less than your Gift Card’s available balance, the total amount of the purchase will be deducted from your gift card’s balance. The unused balance will remain on your Gift Card and will be available to apply to future GOAT.com purchases.
If your order total is greater than your available balance, the entirety of your Gift Card’s balance will automatically apply to your order. If your order total exceeds the available balance on your Gift Card, the remaining amount must be paid with another payment method. Credit card, Apple Pay, PayPal, Afterpay, Affirm, Klarna, Alipay, and GOAT Credit are all acceptable forms of payment to complete a purchase.
Can I pair my gift card with GOAT Credit?
Yes, GOAT Credit can be used alongside your Gift Card.
