We aim to provide our customers with the best possible experience when buying on GOAT. Due to this, we strongly discourage canceling orders.

If for whatever reason you need to cancel an order, you may cancel via the “Orders” tab in the alias app within 24 hours of a buyer's payment and prior to order confirmation.

Additionally, if your order is not confirmed within 24 hours of the order being placed, and shipped within 3 business days (Monday – Friday for FedEx, UPS, and USPS, excluding holidays) of the order being placed, it will automatically be canceled.

Please note: Multiple cancellations will lead to a higher commission fee.
