If no replacement order can be found within 24 hours, you will have the option to receive a full refund in the form of GOAT Credit or back to your original payment method. Simply to go the ‘Order’ section of the app to choose how you’d like to receive your refund. As a note, it typically takes the banks 2-3 business days to process the refund back to your original payment method.
