Orders can be returned back to our warehouse for many reasons, including an incomplete address, wrong zip code, or a proactive refusal of the package, among other reasons. 

In these instances your order will be placed into GOAT Storage under your account. From there, you have the option to have your item reshipped to any designated address, however you will need to pay for shipping costs. Your other option is to sell the item through the GOAT or alias app.
