Yes, we do accept returns on guest orders as long as your item is New In Box, New No Box, or GOAT Clean. We also accept returns for apparel purchases and accessory purchases that are in the same condition as shipped.
Please note that to return an order, you must first download the GOAT app and create an account. Once you’ve created an account, tap “Request Return” in the app to initiate a return. You have 14 days to request a return from the date you received the item(s). For more information on how to return your item, please visit our FAQ entitled “How do I make a return?”
We do not issue refunds or accept returns or exchanges on special items, used items, items listed as "Final Sale" on the checkout page, or any items shipped to a freight forwarder or a delivery address in the People's Republic of China.
