Refunds for a return of products purchased from GOAT (using a Gift Card and/or any other form of payment) will be subject to GOAT’s Shipping, Purchases, and Returns Policy, and will be in the form of GOAT Credit (including any portion of the purchase paid using a form of payment other than a Gift Card), except as otherwise determined by us in our sole and reasonable discretion or as required by law. All returns of products purchased using a Gift Card must be initiated on the GOAT app while logged into a registered GOAT Account, including purchases made as a Guest.
If you would like to return an item purchased as a Guest, you must first contact GOAT Support to link your order to a registered GOAT Account. If you do not have a GOAT Account, please create one using the email address associated with your Guest order prior to contacting customer service.
Once your order is successfully linked to your GOAT Account, you can request a return by accessing your order in the GOAT app from the ‘Orders’ tab of your profile and tapping ‘Request Return’, or contact customer service to submit a request.
