Congrats! First confirm the order, then tap Generate Label. We’ll then send you a prepaid, pre-addressed shipping label. Each shipping label has a tracking number connected to the order for us as well as for the buyer to track.

Remember, items must be shipped in the same condition in which they were originally listed. If there are changes to the condition of an item from the time the item was originally listed, including but not limited to changes due to damage or wear, you may cancel the order in the app under the Sell tab.
