As a seller, you may be charged for certain costs under the following circumstances:

• If we charge a storage fee for consigned items, you may be charged for the storage fees applicable to your consigned items.
• If we discover an issue with your item or if your item is found to be a replica during the authentication or verification process, we will charge you $10 for any issue(s) discovered or $15 if your item is a replica.
• If your item is rejected during the authentication or verification process and we ship it back to you, we will charge you the Retrieval Fee. You will also be responsible for any applicable taxes, duties or other charges.
• If your item is shipped from or dropped off in a different country than the one referenced in your return address, we reserve the right to charge $10 for each such item. This fee also applies to items dropped off at a warehouse or participating retail location that does not match the drop-off location assigned after selecting your fulfillment method.
• If you cancel a sale after it has been confirmed, you will be charged $10. Orders that are automatically canceled due to late shipments will also incur a $10 charge.
• If an item shipped directly to the buyer is returned, you may be charged for the earnings associated with the item as well as the cost of shipping the item back to you.
• If your user account is deemed inactive—meaning no registered account activity for at least two years—we may charge a monthly $1 Maintenance Fee, where applicable. Maintenance Fees will not be applied to accounts with a zero or negative balance and will never reduce balances below $0.

If an issue with one of your items is discovered during the verification process and a discounted listing price for the item is accepted by the buyer, you will be charged the difference between the discounted listing price and the item’s original listing price.

If your discount is rejected by the buyer, you may be charged $10 for your item issue and given the option to either consign the item with us on your behalf or have it shipped back to you. If you choose to have the item shipped back to you, you will be charged the Retrieval Fee plus any applicable taxes, duties or other charges.
