We aim to provide our customers with the best possible experience when buying on GOAT. Due to this, we strongly discourage canceling orders.

If for whatever reason you need to cancel a sale, you may cancel via the “Orders” tab in the alias app within 24 hours of a buyer's payment and prior to sale confirmation.

Additionally, if your sale is not confirmed within 24 hours of the order being placed, and shipped within 3 business days (Monday – Friday for FedEx, UPS, and USPS, excluding holidays) of the order being placed, it will automatically be canceled.

Please note: Multiple cancellations will lead to a higher commission fee.
