You can request to have your consigned sneakers returned to you through the GOAT or alias app by navigating to the “GOAT Storage” tab on your Profile page. From there, you will select the “SHIP” option where you’ll be prompted to pay the cost of return shipping to you. Please note, you will need to have the most recent version of the app downloaded in order to request your sneakers out of consignment.

If you consigned your item after an order issue was discovered, you may be asked to verify your address before we can ship back your item.
