Once we process your return, we will refund you for the amount you paid for the item(s), minus the shipping costs to and from you, any applicable restocking fee, and any priority processing fee paid. The refund will be in the form of GOAT Credit, which can be used on any GOAT purchases, including offers. Once your refund is approved, the GOAT Credit will be deposited immediately into your GOAT account. 

Please note that for buyers located in the US, GOAT Credit issued for returns will expire exactly one year after its issue date unless otherwise indicated.

For certain situations, such as orders canceled by the seller, where GOAT issues a refund to your original payment method, please allow your financial institution 3-5 business days to fully process the refund.
