Orders can be returned back to our warehouse for many reasons, including an incomplete address, wrong zip code, or the package delivery being refused, among other reasons. In these instances, your order will be shipped back to us and then placed into GOAT Storage under your account.
If you receive an email notifying you that your item was returned to GOAT, you must reply so that your item can be reshipped. For items that are reshipped, you are responsible for the shipping costs as well as any applicable taxes, fees, or other charges.
If you do not receive your order, you may contact GOAT Support for further assistance. Our Customer Support team will attempt to locate your order or inform you if it has been canceled. If your order has been canceled, our Customer Support team will refund you the amount you paid for the item(s) to your original payment method.
