If you don’t accept the issues found during verification, we will first attempt to find you a replacement order. If a replacement order cannot be found within 24 hours, you will have the option to receive a full refund either in the form of GOAT Credit or back onto your original payment method. Please note that for buyers located in the US, GOAT Credit issued as part of a refund expires exactly one year after its issue date, unless otherwise specified.

To choose between GOAT Credit or a full refund, simply go to the ‘Order’ section of the app to choose how you’d like to receive your refund.
As a note, it typically takes banks 3-5 business days (Monday - Friday excluding holidays) to process the refund back to your original payment method.
