If you don’t accept the issues found during verification, we will first attempt to find you a replacement order. If a replacement order cannot be found within 24 hours, you will have the option to receive a full refund either in the form of GOAT Credit or back onto your original payment method.
To choose between GOAT Credit or a full refund, simply go to the ‘Order’ section of the app to choose how you’d like to receive your refund.
As a note, it typically takes banks 3-5 business days (Monday - Friday excluding holidays) to process the refund back to your original payment method.
