The easiest way to submit a ticket is via the GOAT app—go to the Profile tab and tap Orders. Tap on the specific order and you can access GOAT Support from the bottom of your screen. Follow the prompts to ensure that your ticket is prioritized with the right team based on your order issue. If you placed your order through the website, please contact us. To help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible, please be sure to include photos of the items as received for our team to review.
